  • Sorry, Myra, I overate so much this past weekend, i'm too ashamed to post. You did great, however!!!

    And today is a new day (where have I heard that before...)

  • The holiday is tough. It was easier for me because I didn't really do anything special.

    Monday was a bit of a challenge. I was on LI to be with my mom while my dad had a medical procedure (a laser treatment for macular degeneration). That is why the morning is so points heavy. I had to get up real early to take my dad to the clinic and then the procedure wasn't done until after traditional lunch time so I needed that protein bar to hold me over until lunch. I tried to keep it light the rest of the day, but it was tough.
