These little rolls have 100 calories each. They make really nice sandwiches. They hold together well and taste good. The one in question is on the right in the first pic, and again if you scroll down a little.

I eat the whole wheat ones all the time & my family likes their hamburgers on these.

They're also sold in some places under the Arnold brand.

I think they have only recently become available on the west coast. I will certainly be eating my salmon burgers on these rolls.

I plan on getting some of these on the next trip to the grocery store. Hungry Girl gave them rave reviews.

I love them too. I have used them to make turkey sandwiches, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, and have used them as a bun for my turkey burgers. They toast up nice and have a nice flavor. I've purchased the 100% whole wheat variety and will purchase them again.

I think they're great also. I get them at Sam's Club, because they sell for about $3.85 to $4.00 in the regular grocery stores for a package of 8 buns, and at Sam's, they're only $4.89 for a double pack of 16. We freeze one package, and put the other in the fridge (bread molds very quickly in our area in the summer), which works out fine because we generally toast or grill them.

Thank's for that tip, will have to see if our Sam's has them. We haven't been there in a few months.

Sandwich thins are one of our new favorite foods. We probably use them everyday, for everything from breakfast sandwiches to big thick burgers. I was looking at actual hamburger buns a few days ago and didn't see anything for under 250 calories at our stores, and rolls for sandwiches the lowest I could get was 160 calories, so these are SOOO much better.

What is the fiber content on these--are they whole wheat?

Right now all I have at home are the variety called 100% Whole Wheat.

They have 21 total carbs: 5g dietary fiber, 2g sugars
5g of protein
19g of Whole Grain

The other varieties are pretty similar in stats, but this was the only kind they had the other day.
