Hey everyone! I'm a 27 year old teacher near Baltimore. I am about 80 pounds overweight (currently 233 lbs and 5'7") and I want to lose it in the next 10 months (before next summer). I want to be healthy because I plan on having kids in the next 5 years and, of course, I want to look good!

I was actually looking for another message board, one where I could talk more about my weight issues. I hope this one leads to some great advice and ideas. Talk to you guys soon!
