On the way me and bf stopped for chinese at the buffet.
Oddly, THIS is not where my temptation was.
I know when I go to the buffet I can have 2 small soup/sauce bowls of sesame' tofu for a reasonable amount of calories. I have no problem sticking to that.
It was later, on my walk home, past all the fast food...which normally doesn't tempt me because I dont have any money! Today I had 10$ on me, enough ot get a biggie fry or a giant slice of greasy cheese pizza. I know I had about 450 cals worth of snacks waiting on me at home, but I jsut wasn't in the mood for egg whites and cheese. I wanted JUNK...FRIED GREASY JUNK...
But, I didn't get it.
I walked a little further on down home and got a batch of veggie california rolls from the sushi place by my house instead. I"m within' my cals, over a little on carbs cuz I'm having rice with dinner, and had a bit of fruit today but...overall I think I handled it pretty well.

YAY.
