Talk me down....

  • I am trying not to snack!! I have already had all my calories for the day! No more!

    I was doing so good with my calorie counting until vacation when I was more lax. I gained back about 3lbs (it is gone now) but I am finding it hard to get myself back on track to eat my allotted calories. I was finding it to be so easy! I can't let myself fall off this wagon. I am back in school (nursing student) in 3 weeks. If I don't get back on track now, it will be so much harder while I am a full time student.
  • Stay out of the kitchen! Make some no-cal drink, water or tea and get busy not eating!!!!

  • Read a book, take a bath, give yourself a manicure...do something that will take your mind off food. Hang in there and stay strong
  • The kitchen is closed. No less closed than at a restaurant, if they were no longer serving. It's CLOSED.

    So there's no more discussion! Distract yourself, do something else, or whatever, but step away from the kitchen!
  • A snack is not an option right now. Nope. Not happening. And you're going to start tomorrow feeling great about it!
  • Just imagine waking up tomorrow knowing that you stayed on plan the day before. Don't you feel lighter already?
