I've been battling my weight for YEARS, the funny thing is that for most of my adult life I was 140 and thought I was fat. Oh to be 140 now!
I've done all the diets, and am now focussing on whole foods and South Beach-type eating, and I am happy
even though I am losing so s-l-o-w-l-y. It's all a learning curve.I've discovered eating carby things in the mornings sets me off eating wrong for the whole day, and so I'm not doing that any more! (Or at least, hardly ever
