over the last two years i have become really lazy and stopped engaging in any type of exercise, even walking to the corner shop became a mission! and as a result i found was putting on sooooo much weight- nearly 5 stones in the last 2 and a half years!
now that im on summer hols from uni (studying Diagnostic Radiography) i have finally put my attention on my weight and decided that i need to change my lifstyle and become the bouncy Lisa that i used to be a few years back!
however, like most people i need motivation, which i think i can get from a site like this and i always love making new friends.

Its great to realize that you need to make a change and start getting acquainted with exercise again! You can do it!!! And you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment when you are done. Good luck starting out!!!
