Anyone else want to set daily goals with me? We can check in with each other for support on meeting those daily goals

Today's goal:
Drink 80 oz of water
Workout for 45 mins
I'm going to start small and work my way back up (or down scale wise
)
)
And I got my water intake- My first goal accomplished in months!


I'm excited for tomorrow- still taking it one day at a time


AND I jogged some of it too!
