Plateau no more!~

  • Every time I've lost weight, I've gotten stuck in two places. One right before 230 and one right before 200.

    Two weeks ago I weighed in at 231. One week ago I weighed in at 234. Today I weighed in at 229! It only took me two weeks to get past that hurdle!

    I don't know if it's because I started lighter than the other times, or if the new stuff I'm doing is working, but I don't care. I just know that I'm going to stick with this patience thing and when I get stuck before 200, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and try really hard not to get frustrated.

    Woohoo!

    Plus, it's storming and I love storms.

  • Good job! I've been bouncing between 230 and 233 for the past 2.5 weeks. I just keep plugging along. You've given me hope that eventually I'll start losing again.
