After losing and maintaining weight loss for 30 years I find some of it creeping back on...not a lot but a few pounds that I don't want to escalate.
Can't figure out what going on.
Doctor says it is "just age"...
Tried cutting back on calories and upping the cardio - doesn't seem to be enough.

Are you getting in enough calories to fuel your body especially since you upped your exercise?

Yes, should have mentioned I do either Jackie Warner or Jillian 30 day shred about 4X a week.
This actually happened to me about a year or so ago but I started running more and it came off within a month -this time it isn't working & I feel just stuck and frustrated!
I do believe I eat enough - I tried keeping the calories the same at first and then cut back when I wasn't losing weight...
