For the week ending 8/2/09( sorry I'm late)

  • Me - Bagel w/ 2 pieces cream cheese

    Whole Wheat pasta tossed w/ olive oil, garlic and crab, approved canned fruit,


    a toss up I'll decide right before I walk out the door and then decide.
  • Today

    Breakfast
    I had 2 eggs (boiled) which I crushed with couple green onions and I put it on a single slice bread.

    Lunch
    One pork chop grilled on the foreman grilled (no fat) with cabbage/onions and brocoli served with tomatoe sauce.

    Dinner
    Turkey sausages grilled on the foreman grill again no fat, with salsa and a salad on the side.

    Snack: small cucumber salad (tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese)
  • Breakfast 1 egg fried in 1/2 tsp of olive oil w/1 piece rye crisp
    Lunch - Greek Salad
    Dinner - Some kind of Grilled Chicken on a bed of Greens and maybe some sauteed zucc's
