Does anyone know any good casserole recipies that are low in calories?? I've searched the web but really haven't found anything.


Just any low-cal casserole will do. It's hard to cook for 5 people. Then fix something special for myself.. Any help you professionals could give me would be greatly appreciated!!

Joanna Lund writes "diet" cookbooks. Many of her recipes are for casserole-type dishes. They are usually very simple to make, kid and family friendly. That is a good place to start.

I agree with Dawna that Joanna Lunds cookbooks have very good low calorie casseroles. One cook book is Cooking with Kids in Mind and another is Cooking with a Man in Mind. There are plenty of others. Try your library for a sample of her books.
