I went to the beach yesturday...(Newbie)

  • And I realized I gained the weight I lost in April-June. About 2 years ago I had surgery, I was 16, and it's been SO frustrating to loose the weight since it doesn't come off as easy. I have always heard of online support groups/communities/forums, and today I finally searched and this was the first one I looked at. I love the feel! And the added bonus of the blog I just signed up for too. I want to loose at least 50 pounds, I'd love to actually loose about 85-90, but I want to get to a healthy weight and then watch my body for my Que. My original goal in September was to be thin and healthy for my 18th, which is in a few weeks. Didn't work out. Any pointers and tips?

    Currently, I'm working on trying to eat healthier, but a diet plan may evolve from that. I do know I'm going to starting walking again and doing a pilates and yoga video.
