Last week, I had my annual physical. My weight was up again. I was almost at 300 pounds. My doctor told me (again!) that I had to lose weight or face some serious health problems. He said that I need to watch what I eat - and EXERCISE for forty-five minutes to an hour every day.
I have lost six pounds this past week by being careful about what I eat and by walking/swimming - but, have a LONG way to go!
So, I am trying to do everything I can to finally get healthy. Hopefully, joining this forum will be another thing to help me!
