Just for Today Challenge, July 24

  • Getting us going using Jazzy's own words, because it says it all.

    I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

    Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it."

    I've just bought a bike and I know need to learn how to ride it Yes I've reached the age of 54 without learning. Wish me luck I think I'm going to need it.

  • Nicki, I'm so sorry, I thought I saw one started and looked again and couldn't find it. I want you to feel free to start it any day.Why don't you start tomorrows? I want everyone to feel this is their thread. It clears up some confusion in my head now that I know there really was another one. LOL
