Anyone here doing the 30 Day Shred?

  • I'm on day 2, and OMG! Brutal! lol!! I ache from head to toe...

    If so, do you do it daily? I've read some say it should be every other day?

    Opinions?

  • I ♥ Jillian! I have 30DS and yes it is tough. I am always changing my routines so it is not something I am incorporating at the moment but I am sure I will again soon
  • I don't know what it is, but if I wasn't sick it sounds like it might help with this last month till my big event.
  • I was so sore when I first started doing it, that when i washed my face, it hurt to raise my arms! It gets better!!!
  • I like being sore. It makes me feel like I actually did something.
  • I did the 30 Day Shred every day for a week - I think its a great, time-efficient workout. It definitely helped me get back into the groove of doing weights again (after half a year of not doing strength exercises).

    However, I found it to be too short for my tastes. So now I'm doing Jillian's 'No More Trouble Zones' and 'Boost Metabolism' workouts. They're ~50min each and I alternate them every day. It's really helped me tone up my body - esp the upper arms which I've had lots of issues with!
