the good, the bad and the not so bad about my first week

  • ok - the not so bad - I technically lost 2.8 lbs this week - pretty ok I guess but I am still in the 260's and I am being mentally bogged by the thought of how much I have to go.

    the good - I did walk - 30-40 minutes every day this week and even went 2x yestrday

    the ugly - I had pizza last night and the past 2 days have not been great for me - I am not sure why I cannot just shut my mouth and eat healthy all the time!!!

    Way to go with the exercise! That is fantastic!

    As for the pizza, we all have slip ups. What you need to do is decide. I made a mistake and jump right back on the bandwagon. Also, if you are craving pizza, try making a healthier version with a whole wheat crust, lots of veggies, and some lf cheese.

    You're doing awesome for your first week. Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day right? lol

    Instead of looking at it as having to lose 100 lbs, which can be overwhelming, think of it as having to lose 10 lbs 10 times.
