ok - the not so bad - I technically lost 2.8 lbs this week - pretty ok I guess but I am still in the 260's and I am being mentally bogged by the thought of how much I have to go.
the good - I did walk - 30-40 minutes every day this week and even went 2x yestrday
the ugly - I had pizza last night and the past 2 days have not been great for me - I am not sure why I cannot just shut my mouth and eat healthy all the time!!!

Congrats on the pounds you've lost and all the exercise you did! Look at the positive and continue from there!
