So I am eating really good so far. Just wanted to share:
Breakfast I had:
2 hard boiled eggs just the whites
2 pieces turkey bacon
1 banana
Snack:
12 carrots
special k bar
Lunch:
Sandwich (wheat bread 100 cal) with oven roasted turkey
lettuce
onion
1 orange
thats it so far

. I tend to do best with a substantial breakfast and lunch and then light on the dinner.
