Just For Today Challenge, July 21

    I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

    Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

  • My Goals for Tuesday

    40 oz water minimum
    43 points maximum (decreasing these every day for a while)
    30 minutes of exercse (in 3 sections of 10 m)
    2 Fruits minmum

    Yesterday was not a good day for me. I overate and didn't get enough calories. I'm bloated and have a headache today....

    Today my goals are:
    drink more than 2 litres of water
    eat on plan
    do not eat starchy food after 5 pm
    eat 2/3 of my calories before 4 pm
    no white flour
    pray
    journal
    walk

    I am rooting for everyone.

    The scale is still moving in the right direction. BUT, I am meeting my son for lunch which is such a challenge for me. HOWEVER, I am going to try and be good. I know if I have mexican I have to skip the chips because I swore off crackers and chips until Thursday. My goal today is the usual, try to come in at 2000 calories and no alcohol or sweets.

    Walk at least 2 hours
    Eat healthy (yesterday was a food fest)
    Be happy!!!
  • Today is my rest day, so I will not be making a normal exercise goal for today. That is mind, here are my goals:
    ~ drink at least 8 glasses of water
    ~ do back exercises
    ~ eat healthy--no junk--and control my portions

    My goals for today have been to:

    1. Drink my water.

    2. Stick to my meal plan for the day.

    3. Walk at least 10,000 steps.

    I've managed 1 out of three, I've been drinking my water. It's a start, not great and I could and will do better.

  • WooHoo! I did it! Just under 2000 calories. No alcohol. I did have a little sugar because I had a fudgcicle. I forgot I was not going to eat sweets. Oops.

    An ok day. But for some reason I fell icky this morning. Going to plow through anyway.
