    You just decide what your goals are for the week.Then each day come back,and record how you did.You can also use it to keep track of water,exercise,calories,etc.

  • Hi ladies,
    I am sure Tracy will be back tomorrow. I know se would not want us to miss a beat.

    Day #1

    God First for me
    72oz of water
    Better with veggies
    Better with fruits
    15 min excerise Have not felt well today, head cold and all but still went to work)
    Stay positive

    Alright now, let's rock and roll

    Thanks Ags. Hope you feel better.

    Day 1 was not a good day for me. I overate and didn't get enough calories. I'm bloated and have headache today....

    Day 2
    drink more than 2 litres of water
    eat on plan
    do not eat starchy food after 5 pm
    eat 2/3 of my calories before 4 pm
    no white flour
    pray
    journal
    walk

    I am rooting for everyone.

    OOOOOp's, I missed yesterday.

    Day two, I met all goals except 15 min. exercise and tried really hard to stay positive. Just not feeling well and that makes everything so much more difficult, but hey, THIS TOO SHAL PASS.

    I will be back tonight with tdday's results. I guess it's just three of us ugh? That's okay, hey when two or three are gathered in His midst. We do have
    that in common.

    Day 2 was not good. I didn't overeat but when I woke this morning I felt icky. So I have backed off on meat - since that was all that was new.

    Day 3 (today) my goals are:
    drink more than 2 litres of water
    eat on plan
    pray
    journal
    stairs

    Not really doing well today either. I need a pick me up and unfortunately my usuals are not on plan. Will post the final later.

    Did ok yesterday. Met all the goals. Actually moved some. Weight is holding steady and I trying to be ok with that. Have a lunch date with a friend I have not seen in 30 years today. My plan is to not over eat at lunch. I ma going to try to figure out what to eat before I go.

    Day 4 my goals are:
    drink more than 2 litres of water
    don't over eat at lunch
    pray
    journal
    stairs

    Thinking about all of you. Hope yesterday went well and that today is a success.

  • Didn't do very well today. I have to get my zing back b4 I gain all that I lost this summer. Planning on staying op tomorrow!

    Do whatever you need to do to get your zing back! I have been trying to figure out what is a good pick-me-up that is not food? What are some of yours?

    Tracy:Same for me. All three work for me. Journaling too. But I have to remember them, when I feel defeated and want to hide and just lay on the couch. Hope your ZING is back.

  • Hey there girls,

    I have been absolutely horrible this week psting, am still sick. I made it to work all week except for today. Just did not have any get up and go left. I have not done well on goals this week other than keeping God first, and He truly blessed me. Last night at weigh in, I was managed to be down 1.8 pounds. Thank you Jesus.

    We will all be back on track next week, I am sure.

    Ags, Sorry to hear you are still sick. Get well soon!!

    I didn't have a great day. Was expecting to go out with friends and they all had to cancel. So I stayed home and slept and watched TV. Did run the stairs tho.....still working an the other stuff.

    Ate alot of dry cheerios.That was it for the day.Along w/diet ice tea
    No exercise or water
    Hoping for better day tomorrow.
