20-27th Week Long Challenge!!

  • Anyone want to set some goals for this week with me? The last 1 1/2 weeks haven't been so great with me 'cause youngest dd was sick, and since I had 0sleep, I was running on empty. I haven't lost an ounce, but it's my TOM, so we'll see. Anyways, my goals for this week:

    *Exercise 5x (Cardio)
    *Toning/Weights 5x (alternating body groups)
    *8 Glasses of Water daily
    *Minimal processed foods
    *Weigh in Monday Morning (trying to stay off the scale for the week, and just hop on next Monday)

    I think that should do it... wish me luck!!
  • Good luck. I'm up for goals, too. Let's see...work out 6 days 3 cardio,3 weigths and added walks with the family will be a bonus. Count calories and stay under 1600...emphasis on whole foods. Enjoy life...stop obsessing about food!!!! Oh, and 2 lbs this week would work for me. Starting at 215.6 so , 213 would work for me.
  • I feel you on the bad week. It was my birthday on Thursday. Friends took me out Wednesday & Thursday. DF family took me out Friday. Saturday I had a graduation party and Sunday didn't go as planned. Plus the additional days last week I didn't stay OP either. After the BBQs and the birthday cake, I'm so pooped and terrible of junky food.

    *Get at least 15 minutes of cardio a day
    * Weight lift every other day
    * Eat around 1500 calories per day (calorie shift)
    * 8 glasses+ of water daily
    *No weighing until September - time to stop obsessing over the scale
  • Last week was horrible for me too. My dbf's family came in town and his sister is the best mexican food cook so i had some trouble resisting... Well i gained 3 lbs, but now i am back down to 160.5! so, my goals for this week would be:

    1.) get to the 150's!!!
    2.) stay op with my calories (1400-1600)
    3.) stick with my weekly exercise routine (Mon-Sat, 280-310 min)
  • My goals.
    Cut back on the sweets
    go for 3 runs
    do total body toning at least 3 days
  • Exercise everyday
    Stay under calorie limit
    Do not waste calories on bad food!
  • How did everyone do today? I was out & about all day so didn't get in my exercise... Ate well though & got in 6 glasses of water... tomorrow have to exercise & tone!! Hope everyone had a great day!!
  • i did ok, my dbf and i planned on going to the lake and riding our bicycles but the weather was not permitting... so, i did not get my exercise in tonight, but i did stay within my calorie range so today was not a total loss.
