Hi, all! My weight seems to yo-you between 140 (alltime adult low) to 213 (the high). I want to lose weight the right way, so I am counting my calories, eating more vegetables, drastically cutting down on wine, and I got a yoga dvd and ordered an exercise bike and weight exercise book.
I wanted a place to share and learn so I joined the forum after many years of reading only.
I'm glad it's here for us.
