Yo-Yo Weight Gainer says Hello!

  • Hi, all! My weight seems to yo-you between 140 (alltime adult low) to 213 (the high). I want to lose weight the right way, so I am counting my calories, eating more vegetables, drastically cutting down on wine, and I got a yoga dvd and ordered an exercise bike and weight exercise book.

    I wanted a place to share and learn so I joined the forum after many years of reading only.

    I'm glad it's here for us.

  • Welcome! I was a yo-yo dieter as well. I cut my string and I pass the scissors to you!

  • Another Yo-yo champion here. I am happy to say that I no longer use my yo-yo. I took it apart, and used the pieces to make lovely bookends for my cookbooks

    You can do this! A lifestyle change is possible. And, joining 3fc was a great start!
