    I just had to share my excitement with all of you.

    For the first time since Jr High I am under the 200lb mark, and words can't really describe what I'm feeling...

    I believe there really is light at the end of the tunnel, and one that I will actually reach!

    WOOO HHOOOOO!!!!! I'm so excited for you! What a wonderful accomplishment. You should be so proud.

    I felt a similar excitement when I got here for the first time in a decade. It's like all the sudden it seems like it really might be possible to get the weight off for real.

    Congrats on all your work and it will be fun to watch you make that goal!
