ive been cutting carbs for bout 2-3 weeks only allowing myself a to indulge over the weekend and even then not that much just a few glasses of wine, stick to my diet as much as possible.
I go to the gym every day more or less and do about an hour flat out.
but i cant seem to lose anymore, any ideas, i feel better than i ever have but still have a little to go before august...
im eating between 1000-1300 cals a day 50-60 g fat and if im bad i go up to 35 g carbs if im good (which monday to friday i usually am ) im around 19-22 g carbs
