well not really

I did, however....
grab a handful of maui onion potato chips right before bed
...threw in some olives for the "veggie"cooked 4 pieces of thick cut bacon for breakfast instead of the turkey bacon I have

filled my thermos up with chicken soup...25% less salt...woop ee dee do
....then....threw some wavy lays in a sandwich bag for my lunch...
came home from work and.....
grabbed a handful of "low salt"....
woopeee
...NOT...
Kettle chips while I wait for Angie to get home from yoga so we can have dinner...What's wrong with me?
We have Klondike bars and vanilla ice cream in the freezer leftover from the last two parties...likely it will stay there all summer...
and yet I think I drank the equivalent to a bucket of salt in 24 hours...
why do I do that?
