Hey, my name is Destiny, I'm 20, and this is my first time dieting. I'm really terrified about it, actually. I have no idea how to go about it but I do have a rough sketch in my mind. I'm 5'2, 193 lbs, and I want to lose it by strenuously excercising for two hours every day at the gym, eating healthy (few carbs, NO soda!), and taking up jogging. I've got no idea if that's the correct way to do it or what...My tools are limited as is my money supply. I live at a vocational school that luckily has a gym and is also right down the street from the gym but get served raunchy cafeteria food three times a day... I'm so lost.
So, pleas from the newbie. Advice? Support? Hints on what to avoid and how to get over that "I don't wanna!" attitude I know is going to hit me sooner or later? Tricks to get around a low budget and come out thinner and healthier?
