20lbs down - halfway(ish)

    I'm trying to bust up my current plateau, so I thought I'd post some pictures to show myself how far I've come!


    This was in January, around 210lbs


    This was in late May, around 190lbs

    You are just a beautiful person! You are doing great on your weight loss. you are only 24 lbs down, but you are doing it right! The fat is disappearing and the gorgeous you is coming through. I bet even on your plateau your measurements are shrinking! Keep it up.
