I just wanted to share some of my success with all of you! I met one of my mini-goals today! Goal: to be under 200 (199) I weighed in at my WW meeting @ 198.6 after a 4lb loss for the week!
I am so happy- This last ten lbs has been hard for me- It took more than 2 months to loss it, but the point is I DID IT! I doesn't really matter how long it takes you know! I've got time!I started my Weight loss journey in Sept. 08 @ 248 lbs- I joined a gym so I set up a regular exercise schedule but I didn't really watch my food intake- I got down to 231 in 01/08, but was have trouble loosing more so I decided to go back to WW meetings as I had been successful with it in the past- I joined on 1/28/08 and since then I have lost 33 more lbs in 24 weeks!
My total loss to date is 49.6 lbs! I am so proud of what I have accomplished and can't wait to continue- I don't have a final goal in mind yet, but I think I might want to drop another 50 lbs- I try to take it 10 lbs at a time so I don't get overwhelmed by the number!

I am so proud of my accomplishments so far!! I have been doing a little jig all around the house... I am going to buy myself a jump rope as a reward as I have been wanting one! 
It should be fun jumping rope again-
