now i'm at my parents house and there is literally food EVERYWHERE...cookies, muffins, fresh bread, pie (and this is not even the half of it..) i am tempted ALL THE TIME and it starts to wear on me. last night at dinner i ate half portions of everything but then had a small piece of pie..and a small scoop of ice cream...then a little piece of cookie..and a little piece of cinnamon roll...it just all adds up!
any advice for not bingeing when i have no control over the food in the house?
