    I went back to sleep for a little while. Got up went potty and just for kicks decided to weigh again.

    179.8! I am so freaking stoked. I haven't been in the 170 anything since 2006!

    so I admit I'm a little nuts today. It's been 179.8 and 179.6 consistently! So I know it wasn't a fluke...

    needed a little help from the smilies!
