Since I've hit a plateau I decided to ditch my Leslie Sansone DVD and try running & weights this month. I've lost 19lbs and feel much better overall.. So today I ran non-stop for 35 minutes!!! No breaks at all!!!

If I'm on a treadmill I can really only run about 3 out of 10 minutes, and that's only because I run for two minutes, then for another minute at a different time!
