Last night, it was BBQ leftovers I should've tossed from the night before (chips, cookies, etc.). We have family visiting again today and I thought I would keep it for them, then pitch what they didn't eat. Nope. One extra day in the house and bad times for me.
So ok, I know not to have this stuff in the house and I usually don't, but what are some other tips to stop this constant slide? Part of it is I'm still exercising and the cheats aren't showing up on the scale like they used to.
But this food is bad, very bad for my body, and I'd like to reverse whatever went off in my brain that has given me permission to cheat so often.
Anyone have any idea how to do that?
