how much exercise & water

  • Hiya all,

    Im rowing about 5/6km a day a, this takes around 40mins. Is this enough?

    How much exercise do you do? Also I am drinking 2/3 litres of water a day is this enough?

    I havnt been eating enough, but yesterday i had more, just stocked up on fruit and veg and felt 10 times better!!

  • Sounds great!! I do about 30min. cardio that gets my heart pumping daily, then will walk most days & get in about 15-20min. of toning/strength exercises... Oh, I drink 8-10 glasses of water usually.
  • Rowing is great exercise, and yes, that's enough. As for the food, you need to add more protein if you're exercising that much.
