JULY - one reason you will stay on plan today

  • There are many reasons to stay on plan today... But, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

    Let's share.
  • I'm staying on plan because even though the scale wants to mess with my mind I know that I've been doing exactly what I should be doing and I will not stop!!!

    Of course the scale behaved this morning....after it's evil joke on me last night at weigh in. Sheesh!!
  • I will stay on plan today because I feel really good about losing 10lbs in June, and I know that making the choice to stay on plan today will help me do it again this month.
  • I will stay on plan today because I'm worth the extra effort.
  • I will stay on plan today because I want to succeed at the dreams that I think about all the time!
  • I will stay on plan today because I did not stay on plan the weekend I was home (i.e. I binged like the sun would not rise tomorrow ) and I felt gross. I feel so much better, in every aspect, when I am on plan.

    Because food won't make what I am feeling go away, it will lie just under the surface.
  • I will stay on plan today because I'm working towards going out with some friends tomorrow for dinner and some drinks - I need to save a few WW points and earn my activity points to have what I plan on having
  • Because I am FINALLY in the 250s! I weighed this in high school (til I starved it off) and remember actually owning cute clothes, and first starting to get serious male attention, at this weight.

    I am so happy to be here and will be even happier to see it go!
  • I will stay on plan today because July is a new month and a fresh start! I had a bad binge at the beginning of June (4 days totally and completely off plan) and it's taken me until now to recover from it. I got right back on track after those four days, but those four days of eating whatever I wanted were not worth the feelings of guilt and general ickiness that accompanied them. I am not going to make excuses for my poor choices, I'm recognizing them as what they are: poor choices that I made. And I am choosing to learn from them! So, new month, I'm .4lbs above my lowest weight, but that's okay. I feel good and I want this feeling to last...permanently!

    Sorry! This was longer than I intended for it to be, but I feel like I needed to let it out! I've been lurking for awhile and I'm done! Have a good month everyone!

    I will stay on plan today because I don't like to see the numbers on the scale increase!!
  • I will stay on plan today because I'm now in the 280's and I'm so very close to 50 pounds lost - just another 0.8 pounds...
  • I will stay op today because I will be so happier tomorrow when I get weighed if I do
  • I will stay on plan today so that I will get off this 3 week plateau and have lost a pound at tomorrow's weigh in!
  • I will stay OP today because I am short, fat and can't bend over comfortably! LOL
    So I plan on losing weight to regain my health, happiness with my body and last but not least--tie my shoes without having to prop them up on the other knee and tie them sideways!
