I guys, did I post on an earlier thread that I was "back on track"? Well........I'm not doing so well. It's around my monthly business and all I want to do is eat everything in sight! I'm trying very hard to control myself, but it's not easy.
I had a Subways meat ball hero today the 6" one. Also washed it down w/ 3bags of tiny potato chips. The chips weren't alot, not even amounting to one full bag, but the point is i'm not staying on schedule. I just want to make it through this day without blowing my diet all together.
How's everyone else doing?
