When the schoolyear started back (I was just going into high school at 13), I resumed my horrible eating habits. With exersise, I was able to keep the weight off, but I really want to lose more.
So we're back to me starting my diet sixteen days ago... My mom has got a degree in health, so she was able to coach me on my diet plans. I was eating anywhere from 2200 to 2500 calories per day before, and now I have cut down my calorie intake to 1000 to 1200 calories per day. I eat five small meals, drink only water and green tea, and make sure that I eat lots of fruits and veggies, as well as taking calcium and vitamin supplements each day. I can't really see the difference that much, but I do notice that I can faintly see my collarbone. I'm on the way!
