yeah, too much restriction for your weight. You'll feel much better at a slightly higher calorie range. are you getting much exercise? If you're getting any at all I'd say you could eat 1500-1700 and still lose, at a slightly slower and much more sustainable rate. And hubby will even thank you, I'm sure

Not to mention, exercise releases endorphins, which make you happy. I know I'm always in a much better mood after a good hard workout, and I've worked up a nice appetite too.
