I've pretty much ONLY been a calorie counter for my WL method and only quasi-successful. I eat whatever and try to keep it within a reasonable calorie range.
I'm wondering if anyone calorie counts and follows a low-fat diet?
As someone who is mostly vegetarian, I worry that by cutting out high fat foods like nuts and dairy, that I'll be losing out on my protein sources. I used to eat a lot of fake meat which is fairly low-fat but that's not really available where I live now in Asia.
