But I'm done and back on tomorrow. I will be getting up in the am and getting on the treadmill. I will not let the fact that I'm going to have some serious water weight discourage me. I have two choices, give up and never lose weight, or keep at it. In the past I've given up at my first mistake. This time is different, not because I won't sometimes slip up, because I just did, but because I will keep getting back on. I will not give up.




"normal" people do that too, they go to mega party and overeat, then they turn again into their natural routine without even thinking or concerning too much about it!
