You and I are in the same situation. I also started last Sunday, have 30 pounds to lose, weighed in Tuesday and lost 2 pounds and weighed in Friday and lost 3. Ali, you had two awesome weigh ins! I haven't had to do a whole week of restaurants, but next week you can give us your tips! Breakfast is probably easiest with eggs, although I really have to limit myself on 1/2 piece of bread! Most places have grilled proteins and salads for dinner and lunch and if you bring your salad dressing you'll do great!
