If you have a caloric range that you try to stay in do you work at staying at the lowest possible or the highest possible? I use sparkpeople and it says i can have between 1200-1500 i'm usually still fairley hungry at the end of the day, but I don't want to go over the 1500...Just curious
I would think that *anywhere* between those 2 numbers would be an accomplishment. Some days you'll be hungrier than other days, so it should all even out!
I do 1485 (because my iPhone app says so!) to 1500 a day.
I'm still new at it, but my range is only a 100-calorie difference so I sort of shoot for the lower number and see what happens.
