Hey all,
I decided to join here after looking around for a few minutes and feeling inspired. I am a yo-yo dieter and always have been. Since I had my child, I managed to get myself to 245lbs! It's disgraceful, really. After a month of drastically changing my eating habits and implementing regular exercise in to my life, I didn't lose a single pound and figured I had to be doing something wrong. So as of today, I am following (or going to try to) the Scarsdale Diet in the hopes that the strict meal plan will be exactly what I need. I realize this diet is frowned upon by some, but I'm giving it a try anyway.
My goal weight is 145lbs and I hope to be able to show off myself in the success stories in the future.

You can find lots of support here! I've never heard of the Scarsdale diet, but everyone is different and you have to do what works for you. I'm basically on a Slimfast diet. Shake for breastfast & lunch and then dinner. I'm glad you found this board! Nice to meet you!
