What's your menu for they day??

  • Here is mine ...

    Breakfast - 1 slice whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk and 1 apple

    Lunch - Salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken with garlic and onions, low fat chedder cheese, grape tomatoes and homemade dressing of low fat mayo and spicy mustard

    Snack - Mixed vegies (celery sticks, carrot sticks and grape tomatoes) with a low fat dressing to dip

    Snack 2 - Kashi Granola Bar

    Dinner - Haven't decided yet, going out for weekly dinner out
  • Breakfast - can't remember, have to go and look it up, isn't that sad?
    ok, found it - a raisin omelette. no wonder it left my head! Guess the kitchen stock is kind of run down before the vacation!
    Snack - banana
    Lunch - Chorizo and rocket on baguette; fresh strawberries and grapes
    Dinner - Bacon and rocket and watercress on a wheat/seeded bun
