...not even an ounce. But, I DID start training for the 5k I'm going to run with my daughter in October! Woo-hoo!!!! I'm only on Day3 today, but it's a start. Albeit a short, winded, Lord-have-Mercy-I'm-going-to-die start.
The 5k isn't bad. It's only 3 miles, and you can always walk it unless you're wanting to hit a specific time. You will almost certainly lose weight while training for it though.

LOL - I know the feeling. I get that just from walking. At least you can say it is from running. I am so looking forward to the day when I can breathe well enough to start the C25K.
