Hehe...sure thing! Being so public about it and doing the pics makes me feel accountable somehow, it just kind of helps. I need to take a pic of me sitting down, side view, so you all can see how much chunk is left.
  • Amazing! & in such little time!
  • Wow, you are tiny girl! WTG!!
  • OH WOW! You go girl! Congrats! You look amazing!

  • Wow - your stomach is so flat. Great job!!
  • I also checked out your flickr of weight loss pictures. Wow. This is really the motivation I needed. And you're so toned as well! Mind if I ask what is your exercise regime? Any tips would be appreciated!

Thanks so much! This is my current workout routine:

Sun - Off or a leisure bike ride or hike with dogs
Mon - AM 3-4 mile run / PM 1hr weights upper body
Tue - PM 30min with Trainer full body (plyo's & supersets)
Wed - AM 3-4 mile run/ PM 1hr weights lower body
Thur - PM 30min with Trainer full body (plyo's & supersets)
Fri - Off or a leisure bike ride or hike with dogs
Sat - Long run 6-7 miles

Now that I'm seeing more muscle I LIKE IT and I want to keep lifting but I already made the goal and commitment to myself and 2 friends to do a 1/2 Marathon in Oct (hence all the running).

My plan is to do more weight lifting (heavy lifting) once I'm done with the 1/2M and cut down on the cardio.
  • You make me wanna RUN. I love to see the before and afters and I just read some of your blogs. It is great to see someone work hard and keep it up. Please continue being an inspiration to us all. We'll be watching!
