Hi, I'm 19 years old, and after 1.5 years of lifetime status, just reached my personal goal. For the past two weeks I added only 1 point daily to the amount of points I normally ate. Today I weighed in to "check" and see what happened and i gained 0.6. Although thats not a lot, it is a gain and I think I will keep steadily gaining that if I continue eating 1 extra point! I don't understand how to maintain - without this 1 point extra I lose weight. (slowly, but i still lose) do you think my body is not comfortable at my personal goal weight so it's struggling to gain weight? I weigh 114 at 5'4. Any input at all would really help me! Thanks!
I'd leave the 1 point in this week and see what happens next week. Then you could make a decision to leave it or take it away. You're going to fluctuate week to week and .6 isn't that bad. Maintenance is a learning process and I'm still learning after being at Lifetime for 3 years. Good luck!

Thanks Melissa I guess I was overreacting! After only 2 weeks I haven't really given my body time to adjust. Hopefully though I'll be able to add more points eventually and not just 1 extra point. What do you think? Does your body gradually adjust to extra food, or will you eventually gain back? Because 1 point isn't much!
