I'm making my food plan and am planning for a couple of protein shakes as breakfast next week to break up the egg monotony. Plus, I love me some protein shake. When I make my usual protein shake, I add some Greens+ supplement to it, for a bit of extra nutrients.
Is Greens+ ok to use on South Beach Phase 1? I can't see why not, or is it breaking a rule that I don't know of?
Any advice?
