Greens+ Supplement on SBD?

  • I'm making my food plan and am planning for a couple of protein shakes as breakfast next week to break up the egg monotony. Plus, I love me some protein shake. When I make my usual protein shake, I add some Greens+ supplement to it, for a bit of extra nutrients.

    Is Greens+ ok to use on South Beach Phase 1? I can't see why not, or is it breaking a rule that I don't know of?

    I have a protein shake every morning. I am interested in an answer, as well. I use a product called "Supreme Planet" for the protein part(soy free) , and add "Green Vibrance". It has been my breakfast for over a year now. It carries me until lunch without hunger. It has been such a positive habit for me that I continued it through P1 without questioning....and lost weight just fine.
  • I think it should be fine but check the ingredients in case they snuck in cornstarch, HFCS or something else insidious!
