I haven't been here since early high school. I thought this was unattainable, that I would never get back here. I never thought I could be so healthy, and still be so happy too. My cravings for junk food are almost completely gone, and when they are not, I have finally learned enough self control that I CAN eat just one serving and feel satisfied.
