How's everyone doing today?

I had a crazy busy weekend, but it was great. Currently, I am NOT looking forward to the rest of this week. I've got french homework to do...work is a bit crazy and I think I'm going a bit crazy!

I must say though, I started playing Wii Fit last week and I'm totally LOVING it...it's becoming my latest addiction...I'm thinking I'll substitute my food addiction for my Wii addiction... ...

It's gonna here today. Going to meet someone at 10:30 to buy my book for class. I've got a lot of reading to catch up on!

Wifey, what possessed you to take French? Are you pursuing a degree? I've never seen Wii Fit. We don't have a Wii though.

Having a great day so far...did a half hour on wii fit (stepping) I'm with you wifey, I<3 LOVE<3 LOVE< 3LOVE wii fit!!! I am also doing my fitness coach and like that too! Its alot like having a personal trainer in your living room. You do different target areas each day and tell the "trainer" if it was easy, just right, or too hard so that your next workout is adjusted. Its a lot of using your own equipment (exercise ball, step, and weights). I LOVE it! The best part is light resistance training and building some muscles! I'm feeling more sore than just doing cardio.

Still doing good with diet! Still no loss on the scale (BOO!)

Man, I want to play our wii fit! The kids scratched the disk and I've never had the chance to play it!

Lauren - I'm taking french to advance my career. I work in the province of Quebec with a tonne of french speaking people. My city in Ontario also has a lot of french speaking people. If I want my career to go anywhere...I have to learn a 2nd language!

Trust me, I don't enjoy this kind of torture without a reason behind it!

The Wii Fit is quite enjoyable!
