Hi all. My name is Anita. I have been off the forums for a while ( well I read, but have not posted) as I was in grad school. Now that I am finished I want to get back on track. i am following the Weight Watchers plan at home since finances are making it hard for me to attend. I am hoping that changes soon.
I am a teacher and plan to spend my summer getting some exercise and getting on a healthy lifesyle. I cannot say diet because I have to change my whole lifestyle and the way I think about food ( good and bad). I am here to finally get back on track and feel better.
